Names and tables, together

The guest list export includes names, table assignments, relationships, priorities, age groups and seating preferences.

02

Open it in your spreadsheet

CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. Review the contents and format a copy for the team who will use it.

03

Share only what is needed

Seating preferences can contain sensitive context. Remove those columns from the copy you send to the venue if they only need names and table numbers.

The event workspace exports the guest list and table assignments as a CSV file.

Does the export include unassigned guests?

Yes. Unassigned guests appear with a blank table field, making it easier to spot names that still need a place.
