Work around the programme

Place your stage and tables on the venue map. Use the front-of-room setting to keep the presentation area in view as you plan the seating.

02

Balance the company

Use relationship fields to record team or group context. Assign guests to encourage the conversations you want and use seating preferences for people who need to sit together.

03

Give the event team a clear list

Check table capacities and unassigned guests, then export the guest CSV. Prepare a venue copy with the names and table numbers the team needs.
