One plan. Three useful perspectives.

The list for the details

Review guests and their table assignments in a compact list. It is a useful place to check names and make direct table changes.

02

The tables for the company

See each table’s guests together, look for empty seats and work through the groups still waiting for a place.

03

The map for the bigger picture

See assigned guests across the venue layout. Check how the table groups sit in relation to the front of the room and other venue elements.
