Make room for a great event

Your venue. Your point of view.

Build a visual seating layout around the room you actually have. Place the tables, leave space for the dance floor, and give every guest a place in the picture.

Start with the room

Add round or rectangular tables and position them on the venue canvas. Include a stage, bar and dance floor to make the layout easier to understand.

02

Give every table a purpose

Set each table’s capacity and number, then choose the front of the room. Keep the head table, speakers or stage in mind as you arrange the space.

03

Plan for people, too

Use the venue map during seating allocation to see guest assignments in context. Confirm dimensions, clearances and accessibility with your venue before finalising the layout.
